Our associates are in the closing up process of a large contract abroad (location undisclosed for the time being) and we are recruiting an unknown amount of personnel for and on behalf of our associate partner. A skeleton team are currently in host country negotiating the arrangements. Deployment, once contract is 100% confirmed maybe late January or early February. We are looking for people from United States and British regiments i.e. Para’s, Royal Marines, Royal Military Police and of course British and United States SF personnel are required. All applicants must have completed high risk CP training or possess Military CP qualifications.

Must be trained in the following areas:
· Static guard procedures.
· Interior/exterior facility patrols.
· ECP operations.
· VBIED/IED recognition.
· Communications.
· Weapons handling/employment and Rules of Engagement.
· Must have a positive criminal history check.
· Able to speak and understand conversational English.
Duties:
Will work as part of a team providing protection force for the site, patrolling the site inside and outside, sweeping the site for security purposes, manning the entrances of the site and controlling access.

· A minimum of twelve years of military experience
· With demonstrated training and supervisory skills.
Must be able to train in the following areas:
· Static guard procedures.
· Interior/exterior patrols.
· ECP operations.
· VBIED/IED recognition.
· Communications.
· Weapons handling/employment and Rules of Engagement (ROE).
· Must have a positive criminal history check.
· Fluent in English; both oral and written.
Duties:
The Guard Force Team Leader will be responsible for the management, welfare, discipline, and administration of the static guard force.
He will identify an internal guard force chain of command.
He will organize and supervise the shift rotational work on a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week basis.
He will establish and maintain an Operations Centre that will provide command and control of the facility security services.
He will assess and address all ongoing security requirements to the Guard Force Operation Manager.
