Our associates are in the closing up process of a large contract abroad (location undisclosed for the time being) and we are recruiting an unknown amount of personnel for and on behalf of our associate partner. A skeleton team are currently in host country negotiating the arrangements. Deployment, once contract is 100% confirmed maybe late January or early February. Full job specs will be provided on a one to one basis due to OPSEC. We will inform all successful applications by e-mail or phone, so make sure you provide us with the correct info.


We are looking for people from United States and British regiments i.e. Para’s, Royal Marines, Royal Military Police and of course British and United States SF personnel are required. All applicants must have completed high risk CP training or possess Military CP qualifications.

STATIC GUARD FORCE PERSONNEL

Title: Static Guard Force Personnel:

Location: Iraq

Requirements:

A minimum of three years of military experience with or in cooperation with US, British or Australian Military Forces.

Must be trained in the following areas:

· Static guard procedures.

· Interior/exterior facility patrols.

· ECP operations.

· VBIED/IED recognition.

· Communications.

· Weapons handling/employment and Rules of Engagement.

· Must have a positive criminal history check.

· Able to speak and understand conversational English.

Duties:

Will work as part of a team providing protection force for the site, patrolling the site inside and outside, sweeping the site for security purposes, manning the entrances of the site and controlling access.

GUARD FORCE TEAM LEADER

Title: Guard Force Team Leader

Location: Iraq

Requirements:

· A minimum of twelve years of military experience

· With demonstrated training and supervisory skills.

Must be able to train in the following areas:

· Static guard procedures.

· Interior/exterior patrols.

· ECP operations.

· VBIED/IED recognition.

· Communications.

· Weapons handling/employment and Rules of Engagement (ROE).

· Must have a positive criminal history check.

· Fluent in English; both oral and written.

Duties:

The Guard Force Team Leader will be responsible for the management, welfare, discipline, and administration of the static guard force.

He will identify an internal guard force chain of command.

He will organize and supervise the shift rotational work on a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week basis.

He will establish and maintain an Operations Centre that will provide command and control of the facility security services.

He will assess and address all ongoing security requirements to the Guard Force Operation Manager.

· Manage a professional security teams.

· Manage contracts.

· Liaise with clients and local authorities.

· Maintaining the smooth running of operations.

· Ensuring the proper maintenance of equipments.

The Guard Force Operation Manager will develop a structure that will closely manage all of his assets.

He will provide written operational plans, and daily report, and ensure that most professional services are provided for at all times.

Able to demonstrate the following skills:

· Evasive Driving.

· Surveillance Awareness.

· Close Quarter Battle.

· Convoy Operations.

· Route Reconnaissance.

· Navigation.

· Communications.

· First Aid.

· Successful completion of an accredited military or national police Armed PSD/CP course.

· Must be a qualified instructor from one of the above mentioned courses.

· Must have a positive criminal history check.

· Fluent in English; both oral and written.

Duties:

· Manage a professional security teams.

· Manage contracts.

· Liase with clients and local authorities.

· Maintaining the smooth running of operations.
